One peaceful night.

I was reading NANA chapter 24 (where Hachi gets romantic with Nobu oh aren’t they the cutest thing and no I don’t have a fetish of shoujo and kinky manga) while munching kerepek ubi berempah I brought from Malaysia with and imitation of a very fat potato coach, when suddenly.

TEEEEET TEEEEEET TEEEEEET TEEEEEEET (to infinity) and blinding flash from the fire alarm startled me good. I panicked and glanced at the door but there was no one, and the worst came to me; my house on fire! Did I forgot to turn off the stove? I ran to the kitchen but it was still. No red light from the stove, thank you very much. So we came out, tudung unkempt and sweater tucking out in the most hideous way, tilting our head to see ” WHICH HOUSE IS THE CULPRIT ONE? OH YOU SO OWE ME!”

There I saw, from apt. no 100, I guess, smokes coming out from the 2nd floor window. Boleh thn byk plk tu! Tidak berapa lama kemudian, campus security pun tiba Seconds afterwards, a real-huge-totally-cool fire engine came and we were in awed. Ah, real truck, real fireman. (I remember one time I had a crush on a fireman from the Third Watch series. Couldn’t recall his name but he was in my Top 10 list of celebrity crushes back then! hoho) Fortunately the alarm did not go forever. It stopped like 5 minutes later (x mcm rumah depan =P) so you’re lucky lah jiran from apt no 100 that us girls won’t give you dirty looks or foul words ke kan And nasib baik lah I don’t have any finals tomorrow jgk! klu tidak mungkin saya akan play role as Blair and get back at themjiran yg merokok/memasak/membakar ubi keledek di dalam bilik mereka itu.
